My career, spanning 30 years,  has been in international Human Resources, and that career provided me with immense growth and professional opportunities, having held numerous leadership roles.   

2024 was a challenging and defining year and a turning point for me. My HR role was made redundant, and I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer which resulted in me having radical surgery - a prostatectomy. I am now cancer free.

These lived experiences led me to reflect on my life and purpose, and how I want to embrace the second part of my life. I realised that I want a career that is more meaningful and purpose-led with people at the centre of it. 

I have long had a passion for coaching and a desire to deepen my coaching expertise and decided to train as a Personal and Business Coach, focussed on Life Coaching. I subsequently established my own business.     

This aligns with my life purpose, helping people to grow their potential and lead more purposeful lives.
